Tomorrow will be spent having fun with friends and making the wall hanging pictured here. Trouble is we also have a little mulled wine along the way, so who knows what that tree will look like when I've finished, last years Santa and the Reindeers were facing the opposite way to everyone elses!!! Still it is meant to be a fun day, so really looking forward to it. Need to get everything cut out tonight, now the final fabric selections have been made.
Getting excited about going to Dumfries at the weekend. Will be visiting craft shops galore and dropping into Jo Gallants shop in Kirkcudbright. Very exciting!!!
Well following Philippas' Curved Piecing experience some months ago now, I was inspired to do this for our group challenge. It's not my best work, by a long way, even my husband noticed it's weaknesses!!! Still it was a good experience in the technique with lessons learned for the future. It will look nice on the wall though.
